What we collect and how
The enquiry form on this website does not send anything to a server. When you press send, your browser opens your own email app with the details you typed already filled in, and you choose whether to send that email to Katie.salmon2002@gmail.com. Until you send it, nothing leaves your device.
Why we use it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, where you become a client, to arrange and record visits. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and, once a visit is agreed, performance of that arrangement. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a visit are deleted once the conversation has ended. Records relating to horses we have treated are kept while the working relationship continues and for as long as needed afterwards to answer questions about work already carried out.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may object to its processing. Contact us by phone or at Katie.salmon2002@gmail.com to make a request. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
